A member asked:

Can you still poop and have fecal impaction?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sort of. Fecal impaction in the recum can have spurious diarrhea due to some liquid stool getting around the impaction. If you have any symptoms, it would be useful to describe those. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
