Regular aerobic exercise is needed to improve the strength and flexibility of your muscles. It may take up to three months to see the full effect. Any exercise, walking, jogging, treadmill, elliptical will do as long as you exercise at least 150 minutes/week at an intensity that induces perspiration. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Numerous causes of back pain exist, and uncovering the pain generator could help more specifically manage your problem. Tight hamstrings, can exacerbate, and repetitive stretching will help. A sacroiliac support belt may ease pain when active. Physical therapy usually is of great value. See a physiatrist, get diagnosed, and start rehabilitating.
