Temp of 97.3, tired: If her temperature is accurate, it is low. Have her see a doctor to see if she has hypothyroidism. If she does, she will have a high TSH on her blood test and can go on thyroid replacement and improve her symptoms of fatigue. Have the doctor also order a CBC to see if she is anemic, which is a condition that can also cause on to be tired. Good luck..
