Does the patient who has hepatitis b infection receive hepatitis b vaccine?

It is not a treatment for this infection. It would also not provide additional benefit to the person who develops antibodies during the bodies response to natural hepatitis B infection.

Hepatitis B usually resolves by itself in 80% or so of people. Chronic hepatitis B is treatable. Hepatitis B vaccine is not relevant once a person has been infected.
