A member asked:

If my life expectancy is about 80years, how many more years after getting the gardasil9 to get protection for hpv for80 years, how many more booster doses should i get?(i first get the vaccine at the age of 25and then at the age of40,55 respectively?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is stated that the vaccine is usually not recommended beyond age 26 unless vaccination wasn't given or completed when younger. In this case one could get vaccinated up to age 45 especially if one hasn't had multiple sex partners before which already resulted in exposure to hpv.
