The correct order is "Diagnosis, Treatment Plan, Treatment." You're asking us to start with pill/potion/homeopathic/diet change/snake oil/etc first, without knowing anything about the cause/extent/history/etc of your distress. Best advice, see a specialist skin doctor, a Dermatologist, to begin the diagnostic process.
