I had unprotected sex (but pulled out) two days after my period but just to be safe i took contraplan ii 7 days later ive been having like brown period and discharge what is this?

Keep area clean watch for a few days for it to clear if it does not you have to be examined before a reason can be found.

Emergency contraception needs to be taken within 72 hours of sex for it to be effective. the discharge may be due to hormonal changes due to contraplan. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then.
