Limits motion: If you have a spur on the ball of your foot this t-strap will not do much for you. It essentially stabilizes the toe and keeps you from dorsiflexing completely. If you pain is with motion at the joint then yes this strap may help you. If your pain is in the ball of your foot then you may need something more for padding to offload the area.

Save your money: You could get the same result by taping your great toe with longitudinal strips that hold the toe stable and prevents the toe from flexing. If the problem has been ongoing for a long time, make sure to see your podiatrist.
