I have had pinworms twice this year (this is my second time) and they are not going away with treatment (100mg mebendazole). i feel them in my ears and nose too. what should i do?

Pinworms can only live in your intestines. You ingest eggs from contaminated fingers, these pass through the intestine, hatch & reside in the colon. Re-infection means re-exposure to active egg passage. They cannot live in ears or nose. Not all anal itching is pinworms. If you have not verified this by test you should and also seek other causes.
