If your pregnancy test is negative, you will worry much less and feel much safer by using "effective ways to prevent pregnancy" (like an IUD, a contraceptive implant or injections of Depo-Provera) plus male condoms as well as PreExposure Prophylaxis against HIV (PrEP). Discuss your options with a caring and knowledgeable gynecologist.
