Long COVID-19 may cause a variety of chronic and persistent problems. A true wear and tear arthritis would be unusual for your age, and coincidental lupus has no relation to the virus. Potential of fibromyalgia and even myositis might be considered. A small fiber neuropathy may act this way. Start with your primary doctor, and perhaps see a physiatrist thereafter.

Achy joints are quite common; lupus and arthritis are quite rare. We would expect the joints to be warm, swollen, and unable to bend or straighten fully. They may collect fluid. Check in with your body; does the achiness limit your usual activities? A supportive sports bra may be helpful. Resuming exercise may be most helpful to the achiness after a virus. Best wishes.
