Skin outbreaks limited to a single area are often an allergic response to some agent that came in contact. Skin issues often require a direct exam or photos to evaluate, neither of which are possible on this site.

The rash may be a contact dermatitis. A virtual consult with Healthtap is available. Share a photo with your physician. Watch for signs of infection and spread of the rash. A flu vaccine is recommended for your child and family.

If it's not itchy, it's probably not contact dermatitis, as others have suggested. The most common causes of non-itchy bumps in children are warts and molluscum contagiosum. You should see your pediatrician or a dermatologist, because no one is going to be able to tell you exactly what it is without physically looking at it.
