Do my testicles need to be examined by a physician as part of a routine exam even if i have no issues or problems in that area?

Can I answer your question this way? Would you be alright if an examining physician failed to diagnose testicular cancer, but was thorough in every other way, and putting you at risk of needing to have you testicles removed? I think you see the point when the chance presents itself have a complete exam.
