It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional information. You may take Pepto-Bismol or Imodium for the diarrhea. Drink enough water or electrolyte drinks to stay hydrated. If that does not resolve the matter in a day or so, if would be prudent to see a doctor.
