An x-ray from two years ago is a single point in time. A good report at that time would suggest no chronic condition like COPD, but it does not take into account what has happened since. a simple x-ray from that time makes no statement about cancer today, although your age would suggest that is a remote possibility. If you are pre-occupied with your lungs go see a doc and discuss it.

If you did not have COPD 2 years ago and you have not been smoking or getting exposed to vapors/fumes, you do not have COPD. At your age you are highly unlikely to have lung cancer. You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day.
