Not sure what your question is but the nasal drops likely did not cause the mucous in your throat. It is more likely that the mucous in your nose dropped into the back of your throat, where it can be swallowed or spit out. Why are you taking the nasal drops? If it is for some condition causing increased nasal/sinus mucous, this is likely what happened. If you still have a question, please ask it!
