The red spots on the white of your eyes may be unattractive, but should not be painful and should not affect your vision. The red spots will clear over a week or two.

Rare or infrequent subconjunctival hemorrages are generally nothing to worry about and resolve on their own in 5-10 days. If they are frequent, you should consult your internist to check for hypertension or clotting abnormalities.
