I have sleep disorders for 8 years, sleep very little hours or interrupted sleep every night, i'm 5 weeks pregnant, can lack of sleep harm my baby?

Insomnia during pregnancy is harmful. There are specialists who treat sleep disorders. If you should consult one, be sure not to take any medications without consulting your obstetrician. Hopefully nonmedication treatment will be helpful for you.

Could you please explain little bit more about the sleep disorder that you are having for the past 8 years? Have you ever had a Sleep study done before? Any Sleep Apnea?
