Hello, i'd like to know more about the effects of tramadol on male fertility. i'm not an addict by any means, but there were times when i took it regularly, and not in small quantities, unfortunately. are the effects irreversible?

Chronic intake can cause reversible neuro-endocrine side effects like hypogonadism which can cause infertility. So if you stay clear of it and did not take it for a long time it should not affect your fertility. Pl stay away from it.
