Im boy, 19. coming march ill be 20. my height is 56-57. my parents arent happy with it & im taller than them. theyre saying me to join gym and do height exercises. does it really help? though i gave up on my height?

Some boys/men still grow at 18 to 19 years old, but most likely you are done growing especially if you are through puberty. Also, as you are already taller than both your parents, it is even more unlikely. There really aren’t any exercises that will make you be taller, although you will be healthier if you excercise in general.

If your height has not increased in a year, you are done growing and there are no exercises that will increase your height. You have a good attitude about your height and should not let your parents concerns, well intentioned as these may be, affect your outlook to life. Wish you good health!
