Hard to know. Normal women occasionally skip a menses and some go 90 days without. If this continues an OBGYN may offer hormonal pills to trigger a menses if a pregnancy test is negative. The discharge may or may not be related.

You can skip a period, especially in the first two years of having periods, and may pick up with the next one, right on schedule. Or you may not. If there is any possibility of pregnancy, please check a drugstore pregnancy test if 7 days past the expected period, as you are.

If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
