Yes. Start exercising. Start with any activity that you can tolerate. Exercise at least 30 minutes/day 5 days/week. Gradually increase the intensity of exercise. You should be sweating at the conclusion of the exercise. Raising core body temperature through exercise will improve your health and wellbeing.
