Very low, especially for serious illness. Mild to moderate illness characterized by watery diarrhea, low-grade fever, and mild abdominal pain after antibiotic therapy is not too uncommon.

The likelihood of a C.diff infection after a 10-day course of Clindamycin would be quite low. If you were to develop such an infection, you would notice very frequent watery diarrhea with a strong odor and it can be accompanied by abdominal pain, fever, fatigue-you will not feel well at all. It can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance so seek medical evaluation/treatment if symptoms occur
