Blood pressure needs to taken in a restful state. If you are taking your own blood pressure it may be affected by your physical activity and emotions. The normal to low blood pressure that you describe may have increased because of stress, inadequate rest before measurement etc . Blood pressure should always be recorded after you have been resting for several minutes, while seated with your feet on the floor, and not engaged in conversation. Your blood pressure of 134/86 is not cause for immediate concern but should be watched . Good luck.
