A member asked:

I have squint.. im pregnant right now.. what are the chances my child can have a squint too ??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There is not likely to be a specific genetic component to your strabismus (squint). But it is true that there may be some familial tendencies. It's probably a good idea to have your child evaluated at during the first years of life and sooner if you notice any deviations.
