Could i be pregnant? 29 y.o., i got 2 positive pregnancy tests at home (one today, one yesterday) before my missed period. my period should come in 6-7days, but i am not sure because my cycles have been irregular (35-45 days) for about a year?

HPT are usually very accurate a week or so after a missed menstrual cycle. Since your cycle is irregular, there may be an exception in your case. Seek further evaluation from your OBGYN.

The currently available home pregnancy tests are amazing accurate--so having 2 positive tests I would say that you are VERY/HIGHLY likely pregnant. stop drinking/smoking if you are doing so; start prenatal vitamins and follow-up with doc ASAP. Congrats and good luck.

It is very likely that you are pregnant if you had sex since your last period. Get a blood test for HCG level to settle the issue. Take prenatal vitamins, no tobacco, no alcohol, no street drugs. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
