Presumably you mean rash, not rush (based on the topic tags you chose). There may be more than a 100 causes of rash that can involve the penis. Much more detail is needed to even guess at the cause or how to treat it. You'll need to get care in person, not a distant forum like this. I don't know what that term means. If you mean erections- avoid sexual stimulation of any kind. If you mean 'rashes' see your MD when you get it for proper diagnosis . In the meantime use calamine lotion on it.
