A member asked:

7 years postpartum and was never diagnosed or assessed for diastasis recti but this mom pooch won't ever go away, not even exercising. what non-invasive things can i do to improve?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diastasis recti can be reversed but only if you undergo a rigorous program of exercises designed to strengthen the core abdominal musculature which can eventually tighten up the 2 rectus muscles and do away with that separation. However, I think you'd need the help of a physical trainer to properly do the exercise program.
