Itch on the intergluteal cleft area for 3 years, tiny wounds come and go and skin is very sensitive. i went to proctologist and dermatologist and was advised to continue using baby creams with zinc. how can i finally have relief and cure this?

It seems you might have contact dermatitis with your underwear, your own feces or toilet tissue. Have you tried a different type of underwear such as 100% cotton underwear? If you are able to afford a Bidet toilet, you should try and let air dry the area after using the toilet. Avoid picking that area is also important. I wonder what is the dermatologist's diagnosis?

Dry with corn starch powder applied to the area liberally and frequently to help absorb the moisture from the skin. Also eliminate caffeine as this is a major cause of breakdown of the perianal skin.
