If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. More likely it is just a normal variation in a menstrual cycle. You seem to have heavy bleeding, indicated by blood clots. Take oral iron an multivitamin supplements to prevent anemia. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
