Penis stops growing at end of puberty. If a Urologist told you it is normal then it should re-assure you. Size varies in individuals and is not proportionate to height. As long as you have good erections size does not matter much. Take it easy and dont worry about it. If still in doubt get a second opinion. I think you will be fine
