How can i be sure that i do not have epididymitis. i also have a pain in the penis when i push is it something that may have come from masturbation?

Epididimytis is usually presenting as tenderness in the cord running up from your testis and is not usually caused by masturbation although it could aggravate an existing condition. Do not masturbate if pain is present and if the pain persists see your doctor. Good Luck

Epididymitis will cause pain and swelling in it and it is located behind the testicle and not related to pain on pushing the penis. It will be caused by masturbation.
