I have symptoms that could be an anaphylaxis after get an iv vit k: metal taste, cough, sob, fast hr, drop bp, nearly syncope & abdominal pain. the thing is my symptoms could go away on its own without epi. is it still anaphylaxis or just allergy?

You do not describe classic signs of anap... Why do you need IV Vit K in first place I would ask.
