How long ago did the bruise occur and how large is it? That may impact reabsorption. How did it occur? Also where is the bruise? is there pain? tingling ? If there is no pain or tingling may be able to wait another few days and continue with heat and then follow up wiht MD . if pain and tingling would follow up today with MD
