If the Verapamil is slowing your heart rate or blood pressure too much, it could cause the symptoms you are describing. You should call whoever prescribed the Verapamil to discuss your symptoms since that person knows why it was prescribed and can adjust the dose, if needed. If you can check your heart rate and/or blood pressure, that would be helpful. If symptoms worsen, go to the nearest ER.

Not a common side effect in my 50 year experience but you need to consider all other meds as CCBs can affect their blood levels. Go to Drugs.com and enter all other meds into their interaction checker and be sure to tell you Drs.
