Sounds like you have a touch of a viral illness affecting your GI tract. This will usually resolve on its own in a few days. Make sure to get lots of fluids - 3 waters followed by 1 serving of electrolyte solution (Gatorade , Powerade, etc). Don't starve yourself - you need nutrition to heal gut. Go high protein. complex carbs, and avoid roughage like veggies and fruits until gut gets normal.
