While you usually take 15 mgs, doses of adderal can go to 60 mgs per day. Therefore you have not taken a massive dose. I would only expect minor side effects, such as some difficulty falling asleep, that will wear off gradually. A mild dose of benadryl may counter this effect, but I would ask your physician for advice before taking it.

It should not be a problem, you can skip the next dose and resume the regular schedule next day.
