There are no significant interactions between alcohol and fluconazole so you can. But please note if something in your body is out of balance enough to need a medication, perhaps doing all you can to heal might be a good idea. Sleep well, rest, stay hydrated, avoid stress, avoid nicotine/alcohol. For yeast issues, taking a good probiotic can help too

No. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
