How long after being put on an oral steroid should you be checked to see if inflammation has went away. my son has eoe. is there anyway to be checked without the scope being shoved down his throat?

I do not know what EoE is. Never use abbreviations in Medicine. Can be deadly. Get back with us with more info. How much does you son weigh and what was dose and name of steroid. You cannot give us too much info.!
