There are maybe 100 different cocci. Need more information. If you have them in your blood you will be too sick to write this.

You misunderstood something. There is no condition called "vaginal coccus infection". Maybe bacterial vaginosis? Trichomonas? There are many coccus type bacteria, e.g. streptococcus, staphylococcus, enterococcus, gonococcus. The last is the cause of gonorrhea; the others rarely cause vaginal infection. Recheck with your doctor. For sure you don't have any such bacteria in your blood.
