Cholesteoma is collection of abnormal skin cells growth in ear canal.Theses can cause Hearing loss due to damage to the middle ear structures.And can cause infection too.It is extremely rare to cause Brain Abscess because first it has to cause ear infection which is not treated for it to travel up to temporal lobe and cerebellum
