"Decidual bleeding" would be just bleeding in pregnancy, and it is arguable whether that accurately describes the situation. Resolution of sore breasts with your bleeding is what we expect when you are NOT pregnant. Premenstrual type symptoms that persist without bleeding are suggestive of pregnancy since the elevated hormone levels at the end of your cycle don't decrease if you conceived.
