I have irregular periods and vaginal smell.i have once used gynaecosid.what should i do?

The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. The STI trichomonas also can cause it, and other STIs like gonorrhea and chlamydia can trigger BV. Whatever the exact cause, it is an infection that requires antibiotic treatment; a hormone medication like Gynaecosid will not help. See a doctor or clinic for evaluation, including STI testing.
