I have very overactive thyroid. just wondering can it cause muffled hearing. im very very anxious and scared everyday. also can it cause syncope? i get this aswell sometimes. and tingling. have started carbimazole 40mg?

Hypo(underactive) and hyper( overactive) thyroid has been link to hearing issues. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7037331/ Hyperthyroidism can be associated with tingling, possible syncope espeically if associated with an abnormal heart rate and anxiety.
