Of course you should be careful you don't use a vibrator when it's so hot it could cause a burn injury. But there probably is no cancer risk.

Anytime you traumatize or irritate tissue anywhere in your body only bad results can occur. Infection , burns as in your case ,possible STD if others use your vibrator or you don't clean it. If you come down with a bad burn see your OBGYN now. A suggestion is to put VASELINE on the vibrator.
