Hard to tell without a good picture! Clearly you need to have a doctor take a look at your throat and guide you on what the right treatment might be. This may resolve by itself. But of it continues have it examined.

Could be. You may watch and wait. If the "bump" doubles in size, becomes ulcerated, bleeds, other bumps develop, you get pain, or you get fever, see a doctor. Wish you good health!
