It may be a result of problems digesting your food. I have seen this in long-term alcoholics, celiac disease, gall bladder problems. See your doctor

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Try reducing your intake of food. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
