Hello, i took the nature bounty hair, skin and nail gummies and i have notice black spots on my skin, not acne, but the gummies help with my hair growth so what seems to be the problem?

Black spots on skin is a very vague description. Where, when, how many and do they change at all could help in the diagnosis. Hair/Skin/Nail gummies are unlikely to cause black spots or any negative effects. Talk to a Dr either by telemedicine or in person so that the spots can be examined and the diagnosis determined.
