Hi, the mouth of my penis don't close properly and inner skin comes out a little that sometimes get hurt with clothes. it's not lump but flat and become like this over many years by swelling sometimes. how can it be healed, if possible anything div?

You need to be examined by a Urologist. There can be many reasons for that. local prolapse of the lining can do it. Sometimes a wart can look light that. But best to be checked.
