Yes. The first ejaculation usually contains the most volume and goes down with each repeat if it does not have time to refill. Urine and semen come out the penile urethra. So not unusual to see them right after enaculatuon but will need microscope. Some my even still be motile.

At times some sperms can lurk in the passageway after ejaculation and get washed away with urine. Semen volume will decrease only after successive or very frequent ejaculations.
